Welcome to our modern furnished 1 1/2 room flat in the historic heart of Samedan. Situated on the first floor of an impressively protected patrician house, this accommodation offers the ideal base from which to explore the charming village and the breathtaking surrounding mountains. Lovingly renovated in 2021, a mix of comfort and modern alpine chic awaits you here.

Inside the flat you will find a newly renovated living area with new parquet flooring and fresh paint on the walls. The space is used efficiently and includes an entrance hall with wardrobe, a practical kitchenette, a dining area and a separate cupboard space. The combined living room and bedroom is furnished with a cosy seating area, a comfortable double bed, Sunrise TV/radio and a bathroom with bathtub and WC including Closomat. With a living area of 33 m2, the flat offers cosy living comfort in a small space.

Outside, there is a car park directly in front of the house, although this is not permanently allocated. There is a public car park just 200 m away, for which a fee is charged. This practical location makes it easy to park your car and explore the surrounding area on foot.

The area surrounding the flat is characterised by its central location in the lively village of Samedan. Just a few steps away you will find numerous shopping facilities such as a Coop, butcher's shop and pharmacy. In the commercial area of Samedan you will find a Migros supermarket, another pharmacy and a chemist (approx. 10 min. walk). The railway station and a bus stop are also within a five-minute walk, making the flat an ideal starting point for exploring in and around Samedan. The village also offers a wide range of activities, whether you want to visit the nearby ski resorts in the winter months or explore the picturesque hiking and mountain bike trails in summer.
