In the village center of Samedan you will find this new, luxurious and very well-kept Alpine Chic apartment, 129 m2 on the second floor (top floor, with lift) with a fantastic view of the impressive Upper Engadin mountains. In just a few minutes you can reach all the important infrastructure to enjoy a comfortable holiday. Shops and train station can be reached in just 5 minutes, Cross-Country trails in just 10 minutes. The entire apartment is covered with a well-kept oak parquet and gives the apartment a cozy "touch". The spacious entrance has a old wood wardrobe. From here you enter the living room. The central point of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area with the high quality Bulthaupt kitchen with dishwasher, oven and Nespresso coffee machine, 2 sets of plates, cups, cutlery per person and all necessary cooking utensils and together with the dining area enough space for the whole Family. The apartment impresses with its high-quality furniture, box-spring beds, various built-in wardrobes and many small pretty details. The two wet cells are equipped with shapely and modern apparatus. Both have towel radiators. The en-suite bathroom has a double lavabo with a substructure of waste wood, toilet, large elegantly polished mirror with lighting, clear glass rain shower and bathtub. The second bathroom with WC also has a rain shower with a Neolith Arctic White cover, as well as partial elements of reclaimed wood, ceiling spots and a hairdryer. The entire apartment has a controlled living space ventilation. Direct access to the underground car park with associated parking, cellar and ski and bike room.
