Description of the holiday rental
Luxurious, small terraced family house at the top of the hill with a wonderful panorama view of the Unterengadin Dolomites. Garden with large furnished terrace (about 30m2). 15 minutes to the valley station of the mountain railways - accessible by skis directly from the slope. Own garage and ski / biker room with ski boot warmer.
Interior: Tastefully furnished house with 2 parents' rooms, one of them on the first floor, one in the basement (with additional pull-out bed). A children's room with 2 single beds. 2 very luxurious bathrooms with hairdryer, one with rain shower, one with jacuzzi. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Living room with fireplace (fireplace) and flat screen TV.
The prices include:
- Bed linen (the beds are based on the number of persons)
- Terry towels

- all additional costs such as electricity, water etc.
- Reserved garage box (+ PP in front of garage)
