Spacious, light-flooded flat in a quiet location in the Costa dad Archas part of the village with an unobstructed view over the village and a breathtaking view of the panorama of the Lower Engadine Dolomites.
The south-facing balcony (approx. 6 m2) invites you to enjoy this incomparable view with a glass of wine. During your stay, a free reserved parking space is available in the underground garage.
The lift takes you comfortably from the underground car park to the 1st floor.
The flat has a kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The living room with balcony exit is open and bright. From the bedroom you reach a separate small terrace. Bathroom with shower/WC/lavabo.
Sent is located 3 km from Scuol on a sun terrace. In winter you can reach the skiing area "Motta Naluns" comfortably with the free ski bus in 15 min. drive. The 10 km long dream piste leads to the northern edge of the village of Sent and ends not far above the holiday flat. Thanks to artificial snowmaking, the dream piste is always open until April.
Sunny and quiet residential location on the eastern edge of the village of Sent, only approx. 10 minutes walk from the village centre. Sent is about 3 km away from Scuol. In winter you can reach the skiing area Scuol-Motta-Naluns with the free ski bus. The 10 km long dream piste leads from the ski area to the northern edge of the village of Sent and can be skied until Easter thanks to artificial snow.
