Description of the holiday rental
Bright, spacious 4.5-room semi-detached hillside house with three levels in a quiet, sunny location on the Eastern edge of Sent. Ideal for 6 to 8 people.
The half-house is spread over three floors:
• The main floor has an open living area with fireplace, plus kitchen, dining table as well as the entrance area with a cloakroom and a day toilet.
• The upper floor is an open gallery with children's play area, television, music system (and harmonium!), plus an additional sleeping possibility on a sofa bed.
• The lower floor has three bedrooms each with two beds and wardrobe. The lower floor also features a bathroom and a laundry room.
Domestic equipments:
• The fitted kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwasher.
• There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, raclette and fondue dishes.
• Kitchen utensils and linen are provided.
• In the lower floor there is a washing machine.
• On request, a child seat and a cot are available.
• Internet is available throughout the apartment (wireless LAN).
• TV with Swisscom streaming plus DVD and CD player.
• Storage room for bicycles and / or skis available.

The house is within walking distance of the village center where you find the shops (Volg, bakery, dairy, butcher), the post office, tourist office and the bus stop. On the covered patio our guests can enjoy the beautiful Engadine mountain landscape. In the summer countless wonderful easy or more demanding hikes are possible. In thewinter the ski slope leads directly to the village.
Sent is very well connected by public transport. In the winter a free ski bus runs every half hour to the valley station of the ski area Motta Naluns.
Designated open parking in front of the house. Snow clearing to the front door and the parking lot provided by your hosts.
