The imposing Unterengadiner Dolomites, the impressive valleys and gorges, bubbling mineral water springs, the Raeto-Romanic culture and the intact village structure of Sent with many original Engadiner houses with authentic Sgraffito, offer an idyllic ambiance. 

 The renovated 4 1/2 room apartment on the first floor is in a large, dreamlike Engadiner house, located directly on the village square, with breathtaking views of the mountains. The character of the old Engadiner house is preserved with an imposing entrance through the renovated Piertan (former barn), original restored windows, antique Arven wood paneling, old doors, original built-in cupboards and paintings. Nevertheless, the apartment is renovated to the latest standard with comfort such as earth probe floor heating, latest sanitary facilities and living room with fireplace. The kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms for 2 people each and a living room with television (with two sofa beds, width 1.20, and a folding bed, width 0.90), which can be used as a fourth bedroom, offer comfortable space for 6 people. 

 Shopping facilities such as Volg, butchery, bakery, dairy and in winter sports shop, are a few meters from the house comfortably within walking distance.

 A parking space, about 5 minutes walk from the house, is included in the rental price. The public parking and the public garage are located about 700m from the house, the parking cards can be obtained on site.

 For culture enthusiasts, the Grotta da Cultura organizes exhibitions, concerts, theater and readings. Some of the events take place in the Piertan (barn and house entrance) of the house.

 WINTER: The bus stop to Scuol and from the dream slope are directly in front of the house with ideal connections to the ski area Motta Naluns. There are various winter hiking trails directly from the village.

 SUMMER: Sent is an ideal starting point for numerous excursion possibilities, hikes, mountain bike tours, trottinet rides from Motta Naluns. Also popular is the sculpture trail in Sur En, horse riding in San Jon and river rafting on the Inn.
