The generous 3 - room apartment (62 m²) lies on the 1-st floor. Sitting rooms and bedrooms lie southwards. In the 2-nd bedroom you overlook the level to the Silva planner lake., the balcony (glazed with Schiebefenstern) offers a free look at Corvatsch, Furtschellas and Margna and invites to the reading, chatting or repose.
The apartment is furnished for four persons. It is equipped completely with household effects and laundry. WLAN Internet, satellite TV, radio, shower, ski space as well as a heated garage are available. A sauna (against a small fee) and child's play room exist in the Überbauung for you.
If you go out to the Haustüre, you are immediately on footpaths or the cross-country skiing cross-country trail. To the Furtschellasbahn you need 10-15 minutes, to the Volg store approx. 5 min. and to the post approx. 10 min.
