Beautiful 5 - room flat in the attic with approx. 150 m2, in sunny and central position, with very nice wooden fittings. Entrance with wardrobe. One double bedroom with balcony and ensuite bathroom (bathtub/WC/sink). Two bedrooms each with two single beds. One bedroom with a sofa bed for one person. Shower/WC/sink. Separate WC. Closed kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. Living/dining room with fireplace and beautiful views of the lake and mountains. 2 garage places. Common ski room and laundry room. Pets are not allowed.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa GKB is located in the centre of Silvaplana. Shops, restaurants, and public transport are right outside the front door. The sports centre is located about 10 min away. The Corvatsch area is located about 700 meters away, in the high season there is a free shuttle bus which takes you directly to the lower station every 30 minutes. St. Moritz has located about 5 km away.
