The cosy house "Rustico" is situated in the old part of the village. It is accessible within 7 minutes walking distance from the bus-station or two minutes from the the car-parking. Shopping in Maggia: COOP, Migros, pharmacy, bank, tourist office, doctor. The house has e kitchen with sitting-room, e shower-room, e bedroom with WC, en attic room. Only floor has e balcony.
