Cosy 1-bedroom holiday apartment on the 3rd floor. Living-/ dining room renovated and lovingly furnished. Covered balcony. Kitchen corner, bathroom with shower, living room with integrated cupboard bed. Lift in the house, limited number of outdoor parking spaces (for 1 car, not reserved). Fitness room for public use is located in the holiday apartment building.
