Description of the holiday rental

Townhouse N.9 Mountain Medium Studio (22 sqm / 237 sq. ft) offers the choice of one king-size or two single beds. The stylish interior design plays with different colours and materials to visually divide the studio apartment into three areas:
Bathroom - Kitchen with sitting area - Sleeping area.
The window front offers maximum sunlight all year round and a magnificent view of the highest mountains of St. Moritz. The Mountain Medium Studio is the perfect choice for couples or if you are traveling with a friend.

Townhouse N.9 is not a hotel. We are a studio rental house. There is no reception desk. We only offer online assistance Monday – Friday from 9:00 till 18:00. We normally reply within 2 hours. There is no 24/7 assistance available.

Great Location. Everything close at hand.
- Lidl in-house. Coop next door.
- Sankt Moritz Lake across the street.
- Variety of restaurants nearby.
- 10 minutes’ walk to the town center, the ski lift, or the Sport Center.

In the Medium Studio you will find:
- Open plan bathroom with a shower,
- Separate toilet,
- Kitchen with an electric stove, a small fridge/freezer, an oven,
- All the essential utensils, including tableware,
- Small dining table with a TV,
- Swiss electrical sockets,
- free Wi-Fi,
- Baby cots or extra beds are not provided.

Our guests do everything online:
- Online reservation
- Online payment
- Online check-in that must be completed before arrival date. Guest must upload copy of passport in our online system and pay city tax online.
- Electronic keys are collected from the key dispenser kiosk on the arrival day anytime from 15:00 onwards. There are no mechanic keys available.

Guests are responsible to keep the studio tidy. For long stay reservations over 5 days we provide free housekeeping service (fresh towels, bed linen, bathroom, and floor cleaning). On departure kitchen must be left clean. No food should be left in the fridge. No garbage should be left in the studio. Household waste must be disposed of in the official red waste bags for Maloja region.

There is no free 24-hour parking in St. Moritz. We have limited parking spaces in our garage. Contact us to check if we have available parking space during your stay. Parking space needs to be booked before your arrival date.
