2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed and one room with three single beds. Bed linen is provided and included in the price. A baby cot is available.

Living room:
The living room is equipped with a large corner sofa, a shelving unit and TV. 

Kitchen:
The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, coffee machine, toaster, fondue/Raclette set, crockery etc. No kitchen linen is provided. A child seat is available.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom: The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and shower. No bathroom linen is provided.

Other:
In winter, 2 wooden sledges are provided free of charge. A stroller is available. 

The 3.5-room apartment is located in the heart of Surcuolm and is only about a 5-minute walk from the piste to the Valata valley station in winter. In summer, a cozy seating area with electric grill, dining table and sun loungers is available. A parking space at the house can be used. 

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
