Description of the holiday rental
A room features a bunk bed with 2 sleeping spaces as well as a large wardrobe. The sofa in the living room is converted into a double bed. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes. Nespresso coffee machine (exclusive capsules) available. Raclette or fondue set can be provided upon request.
An open living space with kitchen/dining area. The living room features a dining table and four chairs. Television and DVD player are available. No reception of satellite or cable TV, but possibility to use streaming services with your own hotspot. From the living area, you can access the large terrace including table and bench. The apartment has underfloor heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob including oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.
1 bathroom: From the entrance area, you enter the modern bathroom. The bathroom features toilet/lava and shower cabin as well as a heater. Towels are not included in the price.

This 2-room apartment is located in a beautiful scenic spot in Surcuolm/Obersaxen, just a few minutes' walk from the post bus stop, several restaurants, and the ski slope to the valley station Valata.
From the living room, you can access the large terrace. A car parking space in the underground garage, a shared washing machine and tumbler, as well as a storage room for winter and summer sports equipment are available.
