The flat, which is situated between Brienz and Meiringen, is ideally located so that you can explore the beautiful region by car or by public transport. In summer, Lake Brienz or the bathing lake on the Hasliberg offer a pleasant way to cool off. The countless waterfalls in the surrounding area (Giessbach, Rosenlaui Gorge, Aare Gorge, Reichenbach Falls) will enchant you. The various cable cars take you up into the wonderful mountains (Haslibergbahn, Brienz-Rothorn-Bahn, Jungfraubahnen, Tälli-, Gelmer- and Triftbahn). You can experience many exciting hikes there. In winter you will find two ski areas in the immediate vicinity.
