Description of the holiday rental
Général:
Very nice apartment in the center of the resort. This contemporary 3 room apartment is located close to all amenities of the resort, 50 m. from the shopping center "Les Arcades" in Verbier, and close to the bus stop. It consists of a living room with sofa bed, an open kitchen and two bedrooms. The double room, with 2 separate matresses, has an en-suite bathroom and the other one has bunk beds and a separate shower room. A ski room and an indoor parking space complete it all. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains. GAI TORRENT 103
Additional extra costs:
Bath towels: A set of bath towels per person is included in the price. Any additional laundry will be charged.
Bed sheets: A set of linen per bed is included in the price. Any additional laundry will be charged.
Final cleaning: A normal cleaning is included in the rental price. A surcharge will be charged in case of abuse.
Administration fee: Included in the price.
Kitchen towels: A set of kitchen towels is included in the price.
Parking: 1 covered parking space is included in the rental price.
Tourist tax: CHF 4.- per adult and CHF 2.- per kid per night will be asked at arrival.
Notice:
Caution: 10% of the rental amount will be required upon arrival and will be returned 3 weeks after departure.
Pets: Are not tolerated without special authorization and with a surcharge of CHF 100.-.
