This beautiful duplex apartment is located in the heights of Verbier, the view and sunshine are exceptional. It consists, on the first floor of, a large entrance with heated stone flooring, two bedrooms with bunk beds (in one room an extra pull-out fullsize bed can easily be accessed), one bathroom and a kitchen with dining area open to the living room (fireplace out of order). outside the living room a large balcony extends around the property and provides access to the amazing view. The lower floor consists of a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower-hammam and direct access to the large stone terrace. A fully equipped wash-room is also located on this level. A parking space is included in a private garage where also a private skibox is located, to access the apartment you have to take a staircase of 65 steps. It is 1 minutes walk to the bus stop in the winter, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop the rest of the year and 25 minutes walk from the center of Verbier. The only noise comes from the miniature stream passing by the property.

Cancelation policy:
Cancellation achieving the agency 14 days before the start of stay, 100% of the rental amount will be refunded.Cancellation achieving the Agency between 14 days and the start of stay, 100% of the price will be due.

Additional extra costs:
Bath towels: A set of bath towels per person is included in the price. Any additional laundry will be charged.
Bed sheets: A set of linen per bed is included in the price. Any additional laundry will be charged.
Final cleaning: A normal cleaning is included in the rental price. A surcharge will be charged in case of abuse.
Administration fee: Included in the price.
Kitchen towels: A set of kitchen towels is included in the price.
Parking: 1 covered parking space in the garage is included in the rental price.
Tourist tax: CHF 4.- per adult and CHF 2.- per kid per night will be asked at arrival.

Notice:
Caution: 10% of the rental amount will be required upon arrival and will be returned 3 weeks after departure.
Pets: Are not tolerated without special authorization and with a surcharge of CHF 100.-.
