The cozy alpine pasture lies at approximately 1,000 meters above sea level near Versam and is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Rhine Gorge, the Safiental, and the Surselva as well as Flims Laax Falera. The very quiet and sunny location with a view of the Surselva mountains invites you to relax and unwind. Thanks to its proximity to the road to Brün, there is good access by car. The post bus stop "Valendas, Abzw. Brün" is reachable in 20 minutes on foot. Bedroom: The sleeping area with four single beds and a wardrobe is located on the upper floor. Bed linen is available but not included in the price. Living room: The living area with the kitchen and dining area is located on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a table, a corner bench, and two chairs as well as a warm-air fireplace. Firewood is provided. Electric light from the solar system. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features a gas cooker. The alpine pasture has running water. Adjacent is a natural and storage cellar. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price. Bathroom: There is a toilet with a washbasin. Versam is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking trips to the Safiental and the Rhine Gorge, but also for canoeing and rafting trips. The alpine pasture offers space for 4 people and provides plenty of peace and relaxation. The view of the Surselva mountains invites you to relax and unwind. Access by car is possible. From the post bus stop "Valendas Abzw. Brün," the alpine pasture is reachable in 20 minutes on foot.
