Cabin magic in Chalet Baba Chalet BABA is over 100 years old and has been carefully restored. Inside, the cosy and comfortable house offers all the comforts you could wish for after a day's holiday in the snow. For example, a beautiful bathroom, a crackling fireplace, cosy seating, heavenly soft beds and much more. Exquisite arts and crafts complete the perfect backdrop for cosy winter evenings. There are two apartments available. A maximum of 12 persons can stay overnight. The chalet is in a top location in Wengen with a completely unobstructed view of the Jungfrau, the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the mountains.  It is a tremendous feeling to let the mountains so close and directly affect you! Each apartment has a balcony facing south with all-day sunshine. As the crowning glory of the day, the evening sun bathes the surrounding mountains in a fiery red. The starry sky at night, seen from the balcony, is like a dream, especially since no lights affect it. The ski slope, which leads to Wengen, passes about 100 metres above the chalet. Therefore you can ski directly in front of the house without having to walk even one meter!  With skis, sledges or of course on foot (10 minutes) you can easily reach the station of Wengen or the gondola, which runs on the Männlichen. The natural street that leads to the house is a popular walking path that is maintained all year round. Access by taxi is practically always possible. Food can be delivered to the house free of charge.
