Overview
Description of the holiday rental
1000 m above sea level, above Unterwasser at the eastern end of the Blumenweg (house no. 65). Very quiet and sunny location. With garage, car park, balcony and meadow. Non-smoking flat. No pets allowed. Lounge with living room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor of which 1 room with double bed and 1 room with bunk bed. Additionally 1 room with double bed in the attic. Stairs to the attic are relatively steep. Electric heating.
You live in the holiday home alone, as the granny flat on the ground floor is not occupied.
Standard prices. Reduction of approx. 20% for occupancy up to 3 persons. Short stays of at least 3 days on request.

Cleaning usually by tenant. Also possible by landlord against payment.
Occupancy up to 5 persons. Chalet was built in 1972, but has been renovated since then.
Please note: If the chalet is rented out by the landlord, no customer reviews are possible due to the system. As a landlord, however, I have noticed a high level of customer satisfaction.
