Chalet, 4½ rooms, detached in a quiet, idyllic location; very sunny with a wonderful view of the Churfirsten, the surrounding mountains and the picturesque Rhine Valley. A garden seating area, the veranda and a balcony are ideal for rest and relaxation. The very large play area delights young and old alike.
There are two car parks right next to the house.

The house is characterised by its cosy interior design. A living room with sideboard, piano, bookshelf and a large corner upholstered seating area. A large number of board games and a small children's play table are available. The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, with two rooms connected by a sliding door. Clothes and linen cupboards are available, as are books, children's books and toys as well as a cot with removable safety rail.
The kitchen, which is open to the dining area, is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette dishes, kettle and much more. There is an additional fridge in the cellar.
A washing machine can also be used in the bathroom with shower.

In the immediate vicinity of the house, without being surrounded by a holiday home settlement, are the houses of the locals in a typical Obertoggenburg scattered settlement with cow pastures. There are walking and hiking trails right from the front door. In winter there is a ski bus stop just 20 metres from the house.

Other sporting activities in the area include fishing, mountaineering, ice skating, hunting, climbing, mountain biking, cycling, riding, tobogganing, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sports centre, tennis.
