Description of the holiday rental
Spacious 2½-room apartment with 65 m² gross floor space, a double bedroom for two people and a sofa bed in the living area for one person or two children. The apartment has a terrace with impressive views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Modern furnishings with bathroom (bathtub) and high-quality kitchen with glass ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster and capsule coffee machine.
The living/sleeping area is equipped with an LCD TV with international cable channels, DVD player and free WiFi.
A starter kit with bin bags, coffee capsules, soap and shampoo is provided for the first day. Cot and high chair available on request.

The accommodation is located on the Sunegga slope, slightly above the centre of Zermatt, and offers impressive views of the village and the Matterhorn. Direct access to the ski slopes and summer hiking trails makes it the ideal starting point for activities in every season. A ski room with heated ski boot locker is available. The village centre can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot thanks to the Sunegga lift.
