Description of the holiday rental
Spacious 5 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor for ten persons. The apartment has a balcony and wonderful view towards the Matterhorn. The apartment comes with modern furnishings and two bathrooms. A modern kitchen with all up-to-date comforts, such as range with glass ceramic cooking zones, baking oven, dishwasher, refrigerator plus freezer, toaster, fondue and "Delizio" capsule coffee machine.
For the first rental day a starter set with garbage bag, coffee capsules, soap and shampoo is provided.
The living room offers a home cinema with Blu Ray / DVD player .

Luxurious, exclusive apartment house built in 2011 at a quiet, sunny, central location. The house is ten minutes by foot from the train station, or only a few minutes in the electric taxi, which takes you right to the door. The ski bus stop is only a few meters away from the house, and you can reach the Sunnegga Paradise Skiing Area by foot in three minutes. Shopping facilities and restaurants are found in the immediate vicinity of the house. It was built to the "Minergie" standard and thus offers an excellent standard of comfort.
Tourist taxes are not included.
