Haus Roc is located in a quiet, central spot in the heart of Zermatt, just a 10-minute walk from the railway station and town centre. The Sunnegga Express valley station is approx. 250 m away, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, taking you directly to the Matterhorn Express towards Klein Matterhorn.
From the third floor, the holiday apartment offers a fantastic view of the Matterhorn. A ski room in the basement, a lift and numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity make the house an ideal starting point for skiing and hiking enthusiasts.
