The Chesa Viroula was built in 2007 and is accordingly modern with a lift and underground car park in the building. The property is located right next to the valley station of the Chastlatsch chairlift and within walking distance of the village centre and the train station. The house has two spacious ski rooms, a bicycle parking space in the garage and two laundry rooms. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Viroula. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. The flat has two reserved parking spaces in the garage on the same level as the flat.

The flat in Chesa Viroula is located on the 1st floor and has two large double bedrooms, a children's room with two single beds, two bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and a very large living/dining room with a spacious kitchen. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, the other with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The flat has a wonderful, unobstructed view. There is no balcony.

Equipment:
The flat is in very good condition. The predominant materials in both the bedrooms and the living rooms are larch and Swiss stone pine, giving the flat an exceptionally cosy feel. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The bright, friendly flat is equipped with Sunrise TV and free Wi-Fi.
