The railway station and shopping facilities are also a short walk away. In winter, the neighbourhood is also served by the free local bus to the village centre, the ski school, the train station and the cross-country skiing centre. There is a ski and bicycle storage room in the house. There is no lift. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Islas. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. A reserved parking space is available in the building's own underground car park, and there are also visitor parking spaces outside.
