The apartment in the Chesa Girun is situated in the most beautiful panoramic location in the quarter Chaunt da Crusch at the end of the building zone direction Madulain. In the Che¬sa Gi¬run there are five apartments in total. The apartments include a parking space in the building's own underground car park. There is no lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Gi¬run. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment in the Chesa Girun has a double bedroom, a single room, two bathrooms, a living/dining room with a small balcony and a separate kitchen. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, the other with shower, washbasin and toilet. From the balcony there is an incomparable view over the valley floor to La Margna.

The apartment is in very neat condition. In the living room a parquet floor has been laid, the bedrooms are furnished with carpets, and for the wet rooms, ceramic tiles have been used. The roof construction is visible in natural ficht the apartment. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the children's room a single bed, which is also suitable for adults. The spacious kitchen, which has a glass ceramic cooking area with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, has the typical wooden fronts. A small fireplace in the living room provides for cosiness besides the partly antique furniture of the living room. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and free W-Lan.

What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.  


In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  


Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
