Whether it's summer or winter, you can start your hikes or go skiing right from the front door. Our flat is your exclusive oasis of peace in the middle of nature, with direct access to a variety of leisure activities.

Inside, you will find high-quality furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. Three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes, offer you and your loved ones plenty of privacy and comfort. The bathrooms are fitted with windows and the first also has a laundry tower. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a steamer, a fridge with drinks drawer, a freezer and a Nespresso capsule machine. In the living room, a cosy sofa in front of the fireplace invites you to relax.

Outdoor area: The flat has two balconies, one of which offers access to the garden. This outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and the impressive view. Two garage spaces, which are included in the price, make your journey easier and ensure that you and your equipment are kept safe and dry.

The varied landscape of the Engadin offers numerous activities in both summer and winter: From extensive hikes, mountain bike tours, golf and water sports in summer to skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing on over 350 km of pistes and trails in winter.
