Description of the holiday rental
The house called Villa Marguerita was built in 1910 and is located within walking distance of the centre of Zuoz and very close to the train station. The house was extensively renovated from 2008 to 2010. The apartment is bright and spacious, making it particularly suitable for families with children. We also welcome pets on request.
The apartment has an entrance area with wardrobe, 3 bedrooms, a large living/dining room with a modern kitchen, as well as a bathroom with toilet and a shower with toilet. The floors are made of stone or solid larch parquet. TV and internet connection are available. From the apartment you have a view of the inner courtyard, which can be used at any time. The apartment rent also includes use of the ski room and, by prior arrangement, the barbecue in the courtyard and the sauna.
From Villa Marguerita you can reach the ski lift, the cross-country ski run or the golf course in a few minutes on foot. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.
