In the heart of Arosa and with a fantastic view, the apartment block Casa Valbella - the oasis of sunshine - was built in 2012. The building impresses with its lightness and the spacious balconies, on which the Arosa sun shines until late in the evening! The flat has an underground car park. The two heated ski rooms can be reached from the flat without steps by lift.
Centrally located. The bus stop for the free bus is right in front of the house (to the Weisshornbahn or Hörnlibahn). The railway station and the valley station of the mountain railway are within walking distance. The comfortable 3.5 room flat on the 3rd floor is very bright, friendly and flooded with light. It is south-facing and has a high standard of finish. The flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom/WC, a kitchen, a large living/dining room and a 32 square metre terrace.
The living room with a fantastic view of the Arosa mountains is connected to the cosy dining area and the very well-equipped kitchen.
One of the two bedrooms with access to the furnished and sheltered south-facing balcony is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom has a washbasin and a shower/bathtub, which also invites you to take a relaxing bath.
Comfortable deckchairs and a large table with six chairs are available on the terrace for sunbathing with a view of the mountains.
The flat also has 2 televisions, cable TV, home cinema and internet connection.
We are happy to provide a cot and a high chair free of charge if required.

Location description: Arosa is a political municipality and a holiday and recreation resort in the Schanfigg district of Plessur in the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland. The highest settlement in Schanfigg is a well-known former climatic health resort and since the beginning of 2014 has been part of the extended, snow-sure Arosa Lenzerheide ski area with 225 kilometres of pistesArosa is located 15 km (as the crow flies) south-east of Chur at the end of the Schanfigg valley. The approximately 3 km wide hollow at the head of the valley, which lies between 1700 and 1,900 metres above sea level, is surrounded by mountains on all sides. The municipal area encompasses the catchment area of the upper reaches of the Plessur with the exception of the Welschtobel, which flows in from the south, and therefore has the shape of a horseshoe. In the west, the municipal boundary runs from the Aroser Weisshorn (2653 m) southwards via Carmenna, Plattenhorn, Hörnli and Tschirpen to the Parpaner Weisshorn (2824 m) and then over the Parpaner Rothorn (2861 m) to the Aroser Rothorn (2,980.2 m). It then follows the north-east ridge of the Rothorn to the Erzhorn (2924 m) and Älpliseehorn (2725 m), so that the headwaters of the Plessur with the Aroser Alp, Älplisee (2156 m) and Schwellisee (1933 m) are enclosed in a semicircle. After crossing the Welschtobelbach at 1659 m, the border climbs to the ridge of the Leidflue (2560 m), embraces several remote valley chambers and reaches the south-easternmost point of the territory via the striking Sandhubel (2764 m) on the Valbellahorn (2763 m) above the Alteinsee (2251 m). The adjoining section - bordering the Davos landscape - is divided into several mountain groups by the Alteiner, Bärentaler and Maienfelder Furgga pass crossings; the highest mountains are the Amselflue (2781 m), the Furggahorn (2727 m) and the advanced Schiesshorn (2605 m). The village of Arosa stretches for around 2 km, with the current centre of settlement at Untersee and Obersee (1739 m). The lowest-lying residential building is in Rütland at 1,550 metres above sea level, the highest at Ifang at 1,960 metres above sea level. The reservoir is located below the village area. A third element that characterises the landscape alongside the lakes and the ring of mountains is the forest boundary at around 1900 m above sea level: alpine meadows and extensive scree slopes dominate to the west of the village, while down the valley, where the Plessur river dips 300 m over a length of 4 km to the Litzirüti valley, the closed coniferous forest dominates
