Beautiful, quiet and very sunny holiday apartment with a magnificent view of the Bernina Mountains. Built within the Minergie concept (quality label for low-energy-consumption buildings). The apartment has a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen and a modern fireplace for heating. Wooden floor. Terrace with direct access to garden for your own use, equipped with a garden table and a barbecue. Semi-basement (with normal sized windows) with two bedrooms (two and four beds respectively), bathroom (bathtub and shower) and toilet. Washing machine. The house is situated on the outskirts of the village Bever in a quiet neighborhood with virtually no traffic. Cross-country slope starts just outside the door. The village center is only a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment comes with a covered parking space and a lockable storage room for skis and bikes.

• Winter: At the Ski areas of Corviglia/Piz Nair, Corvatsch, Diavolezza /Lagalb and Zuoz, as well as the smaller but charming areas, skiers and snowboarders find pistes waiting to be explored.
