Description of the holiday rental
The rustic cottage is located in Bosco Gurin in the Schwarzabrunna area, one km after the village and during the summer season accessible by car, which can be left in the private car park. For those with a Swiss topographical map. For those travelling by car, the shortest way is to turn left before the centre of the village, continue in the direction of the chair lift departure station, then continue for another 600 metres to the rustic house. The road is completely paved. Guests will always be met by the owner, either directly at the rustico or at the Bosco Gurin postbus stop. The rustico has a cellar in the basement, where food, bicycles, buggies and skis can be stored in winter. The first floor is a room with a sofa bed, a dining table, a kitchen with two wood-burning cookers and a gas cooker. Also on the first floor is a shower-WC room. On the second floor is an attic room with 4 beds. Linen is already provided and beds made up. Lighting is provided by a 12-volt solar panel and a small petrol-powered generator to charge computers and mobile phones.Pets and smoking are not allowed in the flat.On the first floor outside the cottage there is a table with 6 chairs and a small grill.The cottage is located in a very quiet area with large meadows all around, 200 metres from the river and the forest, suitable for families with children, hiking and cycling MTB .
