The well-maintained and cozy 4.5-room holiday apartment is located in a top spot in the car-free Braunwald and is the perfect address for relaxation at home and in nature. The sleeping area and bathroom are located on the second floor. On the 1st floor there is a living room, kitchen, sun terrace and a room with washing machine, tumbler and separate WC. You can access the apartment through a separate rear entrance with stairs. A non-lockable shelter is available for skis and sledges.

The apartment is maintained, handed over and accepted by the landlord. Hospitality is our top priority and so we warmly welcome both people seeking peace and cheerful families.
As the two floors are connected by a staircase, the apartment is not suitable for toddlers and people with walking difficulties. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets only by personal arrangement, please contact us for further information.
