Description of the holiday rental

Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms: 1st bedroom with 2 single beds, 2nd bedroom with double bed 180x200 cm, 3rd bedroom with bunk bed with one mattress on the floor and folding bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes or dressers. Bed linen is provided and is not included in the price.

Living room:
Open living area with kitchen/dining area, extendable dining table with at least 8 seats, leather sofa and armchair, TV with cable TV, DVD player, radio, free WLAN, games and Lego.
Large terrace with garden seating and lawn with south-facing aspect, with garden table and chairs.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, steam extractor, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, plenty of kitchen utensils, raclette oven, fondue equipment, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine. Kitchen linen is provided and is included in the price.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms: One bathroom has a bathtub and a WC/washbasin and shoe dryer. The other bathroom has a shower and WC/washbasin. Towels are provided and are included in the price.

The 4.5-room apartment (90 m2) for 6-7 people is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house with a total of 7 apartments. The house is located in the village in a quiet location. The valley station can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, the bakery, butcher and grocery store in 5 minutes. From the large garden seating area you have a beautiful view of the village church and the magnificent mountain landscape. The apartment offers a large living area with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 garage spaces (max. 1.90m entrance), a ski room in the basement and a bicycle room.
The apartment is also wheelchair accessible, pets are not allowed and it is a non-smoking accommodation.
