Bedroom:
A spacious bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, bedside tables and bedside lamps on both sides. One bedroom with a single bed and a small side table and a bunk bed, a shelf and access to the seating area, which is equipped with a table, bench and three garden chairs.

Living room:
Living room with a cozy leather sofa, dimmable floor lamp with reading light. Side table as well as dining table with 4 chairs + additional folding chair, display cabinet and sideboard, flat screen TV with 125+ TV channels/100+ radio stations, internet access via WLAN (no guarantee of technical availability).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped (plates and cutlery for double the number of people), dishwasher + taps, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, raclette and fondue set, Delizio coffee machine (capsules are available at the village shop). Kitchen linen is also available and included in the price, as well as a garbage bag and dish soap.

Bathroom:
A bathroom with rain shower/glass wall, washbasin with undercounter and mirror cabinet, toilet + 2 rolls of toilet paper, bathroom linen can be brought by the tenant. On request, terry cloth sets are provided for CHF 3.00 per set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth).

Hallway: with wardrobe and additional cabinet.

Cozy and at the same time modern 3-room apartment (52 m2) on the ground floor of a three-family house in a quiet location. The apartment has a seating area. The community garage (not lockable, no liability by the landlord) can be used as a storage room for skis, bobs, sleds etc.

A parking space is available directly at the house. Not wheelchair accessible. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

The village center is within a few minutes walking distance. Post and ski bus stops (ski bus free) are in the immediate vicinity.
