An open living space with kitchen and dining area. The living room has a sofa bed which can be folded out in the evening and used as a double bed. Bed linen is available and not included in the price. Dining table with four chairs in an exclusive design are available. TV and Wi-Fi are included in the price and are available. Direct access to the patio/garden.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob from Bora with oven/steamer, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a raclette oven as well as a fondue caquelon. A Nespresso coffee machine (without capsules) is also available. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a floor-level shower with glass partition and privacy film in a deer design. Toilet and washbasin with underbasin cabinet as well as a large mirror are also available. Towels are available and not included in the price.

The 2.5 room apartment of 48 m2 is located in the newly built house as an annex.

The apartment is in a very quiet location, on the outskirts of Brigels. From the living room and bedroom as well as the garden you have an unobstructed view of the mountain world and the lake on the edge of the village. In winter, you can put on your skis right in front of the apartment and go to the valley station.

The village centre with various shopping facilities and restaurants is within a 5-minute walk.

An outdoor parking space is available for the apartment. Garage can be rented additionally by arrangement.
