Covered seating area in front of the flat and garden with palm trees, banana and orange trees. Boat landing stage and bus stop in front of the house (5 minutes to Ascona and 5 minutes to Brissago).

Possibility to make use of the hotel service (e.g. cleaning or change of linen). On-site sports facilities such as canoeing, kayaking and stand up paddle (free of charge).
