Description of the holiday rental
Casa Capriccio is located directly on Lake Lugano, with its own bathing and boat jetty.
On the roof terrace, with its inviting lounge, dining table and gas barbecue, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the lake.
The comfortable and tastefully furnished house impresses with its spacious and bright design.
On the ground floor is the living and dining room with a direct view of the lake.
It has a fireplace and TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
There are two bedrooms on the lower floor. One with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one bedroom with 3 beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 1 x 140 x 200 cm).
The pull-out sofa in the living room can also be used as sleeping accommodation for 2 people.
Casa Capriccio can therefore sleep up to 7 people.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and hairdryer.
A washing machine is available.
Dogs are allowed (dog kennel available).
The holiday home is only rented on a weekly basis - from Saturday to Saturday.
