The Renards, a 6-rooms apartment on the first floor consist of the following:
Living room, dining room and a fully equipped luxury kitchen.
4 bedrooms and 1 Office:
1 Master bed room (2 beds) + dressing and a bathroom
2 Guest rooms (2 beds per room) + 1 bathroom
1 Guest rooms 1 bed + 1 bathroom
1 Office
Other Facilities and amenities:
Two parking spaces of which one covered, Private cellar with ski lockers and ski boots dryer, various storage in a wine and vegetable cellar accessible from the covered garage.
In common with the other apartments; shared laundry room with 3 washers and a dryer
A sauna can be rented, if available, for CHF 250 per week (towels at disposal)
House/Residence
The Grand chalet “François”, located in Champéry (valley d’Illiez), is a typical Swiss Alps residence dated from 1902. The chalet is entirely renovated in a contemporary and ecological way.
This property consisting of old wood and with a stunning view to the chain of mountains, the “Dents du Midi. The chalet has three spacious independent luxury apartments and one big studio.
Extra costs
Additional Charges payable on place:
Tourist Tax per Day: Adults CHF 2.20, Children 6-16 CHF 1.10
Final Cleaning CHF 200 and Cleaning of Linen CHF 25 per person
Breaking deposit by credit card Visa/Mastercard CHF 2’500 (payable at arrival)
It is recommended to conclude a cancelation insurance
