Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso), fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Balcony 8 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Large apartment house "Eden Roc", 9 storeys. In the resort 1.1 km from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 150 m from the edge of the forest, 900 m from the lake, 600 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1.3 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Résidence Forêt" 300 m, lake Grenon 900 m.
