Bedrooms:
The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a spacious additional room with an extra fold-out double bed. Bedding is provided but is not included in the price.
Living room:
Cozy living room with radio, satellite/cable TV, Wi-Fi.
Kitchen:
The homely and open-plan kitchen, connected to the living room, is equipped with an oven, coffee machine (pods provided), microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fondue set, and raclette oven. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.
Bathroom:
Modern bathroom with shower/WC. Towels are provided but are not included in the price.
Other rooms:
The holiday apartment also offers a lovely seating area, a washing machine and tumble dryer (included in the price), and a storage room for winter and summer sports equipment.
The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-storey apartment building. The house itself is situated in a quiet location on a wind-protected, sunny south-facing slope with a magnificent view of the mountains and terrace villages on the left side of the valley.
A five-minute drive takes you to the valley station of the Lumnezia Obersaxen Mundaun mountain railways, which is 2.5 km away. The property is also accessible by public transport and the free sports bus.
In winter, the mountain village is an ideal starting point for romantic snowshoe tours through quiet and unspoilt snowy landscapes. From here, you can also access the extensive winter hiking trail network of the Val Lumnezia.
From the village of Cumbel, you can take walks to the local alpine meadows and extensive hikes to the legendary Bündner Rigi. For regular outdoor fitness, there is a Vita Parcours nearby.
Holiday offers in the Surselva region
Within a maximum radius of 20 km, you can reach four large ski and winter sports areas, as well as numerous cross-country skiing trails, ice fields, winter hiking and sledding paths, and starting points for ski tours and snowshoe hikes. Highlights of the holiday and leisure activities in the warmer months include alpine hiking, via ferrata, cycling tours, golf, mini-golf, tennis courts, paragliding, swimming in outdoor pools and natural lakes, wellness, rafting, fishing, children's playgrounds, cultural-historical, botanical and geological tours, and culinary hikes.
