Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a double bed (1.8x2m, two separate mattresses). The mountain panorama can be admired from the bed. A large bedroom with two single beds 1.4x2.0m (in the annex). The bed linen is available and not included in the price.

Living room:
The rustic living room is the heart of the apartment with the soapstone stove with a bench from the year 1957, the wooden paneling on the walls and the ceiling. From the living room, you can access the balcony, which is south-facing. One of the two sofas is a sofa bed.

Kitchen:
In the kitchen, there is a large dining table with a corner bench. The equipment includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, Nespresso machine, fridge, and Tiba wood stove. For guests who like to cook, there are sufficient cooking utensils (pots, pans, raclette and fondue set, hand blender, etc.) as well as dishes, cutlery, spices, salt, and kitchen linen. The small unheated pantry is ideal for storing vegetables and fruit.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a double sink, a bathtub, a toilet, and a spacious shower with glass sliding doors. Towels are available.

The 3.5 room apartment is located in a 3-family house in Cumbel, at the end of a quiet neighborhood without through traffic with breathtaking views of the mountain panorama of Val Lumnezia. The apartment includes a cellar compartment where the firewood for the soapstone stove is stored. Right next to it is the laundry room where skis/bikes can be stored.

The free ski bus (winter) takes you directly to the valley station Vella. The chairlift then takes you to the ski area Obersaxen Mundaun Lumnezia. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The bus ride takes about 5 minutes.

In summer, Lumnezia offers wonderful hiking and biking routes.

Parking available in front of the house, non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
