The 5-room chalet has 3 bedrooms, each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe or chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

The large living room has a seating area and a cozy corner sofa, Swisscom TV and WLAN provide entertainment.
Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave (advance registration required), coffee machine (coffee capsules, brand Delicio), kettle and other electrical appliances and kitchen utensils. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.
Bathroom:
The house has a guest toilet on the ground floor and on the 1st floor there is a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and 2 washbasins. Towels are provided and included in the price.
Other rooms:
On request, the child-friendly apartment also offers a baby cot and high chair. Washing machine, ski storage room with ski boot heating are available in the house and included in the price.
The separate wooden chalet in the garden with a cozy atmosphere is equipped with a corner bench and slate table and invites you to, for example, a varied fondue evening or an exciting Jass round.
The sunny garden and seating area offer an unrestricted mountain view of a unique panorama.
The ski area Obersaxen/Val Lumnezia can be reached in approx. 3 minutes by car. The free ski bus stops 200 m from the house. A cross-country ski trail is easily accessible on foot.
Three parking spaces are available on the property and included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking house.
