The apartment features 2 bedrooms, living room with dining area, kitchen and a large bathroom. In the entrance area there is a built-in wardrobe for jackets and coats as well as a chest of drawers. A shoe rack is available by the door.

The apartment is modern and newly furnished. The floors are equipped with parquet and stone tiles. All rooms have electric roller shutters. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Please note that there is no television.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1
The first bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (180/200 cm), two nightstands, 1 single bed (90/200 cm) with additional underbed (Flexa combi bed) and wardrobe. This room has direct access to the terrace.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (180/200 cm), two nightstands, wardrobe and desk with chair.
Bed linen is included in the price.

Bathroom: The large bathroom is equipped with a washbasin with mirror cabinet, a bathtub and a toilet. Additionally, there is a laundry tower with washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom. Hairdryer and towels are included in the price.

Living room: The living room features a comfortable, large leather corner sofa and a club table. Additionally, a comfortable leather rocking chair in the corner invites you to read. The dining area is equipped with a new, large oak wooden table, 6 chairs and a wooden bench.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop with extractor hood, oven with steamer, a large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue set, raclette grill, kettle with temperature setting, toaster, Soda-Stream water carbonator and all necessary crockery.
In summer, there is a dining table for 6 persons, a parasol and a gas grill available on the terrace. Further seating options are available all year round.

The 3.5-room holiday apartment Ladina (100m²) is in a detached multi-family house with a total of 20 apartments in a central location. The local bus stop is in front of the house. The holiday apartment is south-west facing and has a 130m², sunny terrace for sole use. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley towards Ilanz as well as the mountains of Val Medel.

The house has a ski room and a bicycle room for common use. In the underground car park there is a private parking space available. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment.
