The detached chalet with two apartments is located in the flat area at the quiet and sunny edge of the village of Fiesch. From here, you enjoy an open view and can easily reach numerous recreational activities on foot. Hiking trails such as the Lax–Fiesch–Fieschertal path or the Gogwärgi path, the cross-country ski trail, and the paragliding center are in immediate proximity. The HUB with the gondola to Fiescheralp, the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn station, and the bus stop are accessible in about three minutes. The tourism office, sports shop with café, and the village center with various shops, restaurants, post office, and banks are also just a few minutes' walk away. The fully fenced garden with a fireplace, Hollywood swing, sandbox, children's swing, as well as bicycle and laundry racks offers additional comfort and is particularly suited for families.
