Modern 5.5 room maisonette apartment with 120sqm in an apartment building in Flims Waldhaus.
4 comfortable bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms: one bathroom with bath and toilet, the other with shower and toilet. Living / dining room: 1 large open living-dining room on the upper floor. A Swedish stove is available. Large dining table for 10 people, group set of 2 leather upholstered sofas. Flat screen TV. Large terrace with table, deck chairs and parasol, midday and evening sun. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped. Glass ceramic cooker, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, two raclette ovens and two cheese fondue sets.
The large terrace offers a panoramic view of the ski area towards the Crap Sogn Gion.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A parking spot in the garage is reserved for you. In the basement there is a ski room and an utility room with a washing machine and tumbler.

Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

Location and environment

The apartment is located quietly in Flims Waldhaus. During the winter season, the ski bus stops in front of the house with direct service to the Flims base station. A small grocery store is within 650m of the house in at Flims Waldhaus. You reach Lace Cauma in about 15 minutes and Lake Cresta in about 30 minutes by foot. The Flims base station with a variety of shops and entertainment facilities is located 1.2km from the house.

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.

In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
