Description of the holiday rental

Cozy 3 room apartment with south-facing balcony and mountain view, dining room, kitchen with plenty of storage space and the usual kitchen appliances.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200) and has an ensuite bathroom. The smaller children's room has a small double bed (140x200) and an additional single bed.
A free garage space in the house (maximum height 2.00m) available. An electric charging station is also available in the garage and can be used free of charge.
The bed linen and towels as well as the final cleaning, ancillary costs (excluding electric charging station) and internet use are included in the total price.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are only allowed on request.

This carefully furnished apartment in the heart of Flims provides the perfect environment for the perfect balance of relaxation and action. Enjoy the tranquility and ambience of the old village and the wonderful view of the village and mountains in the background. Benefit from the proximity to the ski lifts and to all shops for daily needs, which can be reached by foot in about five minutes. One parking spot in the parking garage is included (height max. 2.00m) more suitable for smaller cars. A charging station for electric cars is available free of charge as well.  

Insider: there is milkfresh raw-milk from farmers just on the other side of the village square, just below the church.
