Description of the holiday rental
Luxurious 130sqm apartment (3.5 rooms) with 2 bedrooms (available for a max. of 4 persons), each one with own bathroom and shower/bath tub, at the residential building of "the Mountain Suites". The apartment is located in the main building on the gound floor with northeastern views over the mountain landscape of Flims and the region. The living room offers a living area and a dining area. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and integrated freezer, induction cooking field, steamer, water cooker, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine (beans or ground). All rooms within the apartment are equipped with rustique parquet floor and underfloor heating.
Ski storage, mailbox, washing machine and tumble dryer (private use) is also available. For this apartment, a parking spot within the underground parking is available, access with your parking card provided upon check-in. Parking for 1 car, internet, costs for heating, water, etc. is included in the total costs. So is bedlinen and towels, final cleaning, VAT and all taxes.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not accepted.
THE MOUNTAIN SUITES with its two semi-circle superposed buildings and the light glass/wood facade sets architectural accents within Flims. A spacious atrium, with a bar and a luxurious lounge area, forms the center of this luxury residence where the lifestyle concierge welcomes you. In walking distance you will find a bakery, supermarket and a variety of shops and restaurants. Nearby you can visit the lake of Cauma, tha famous Rhein Canyon (Grand Canyon od Switzerland) and the Sports Center Prau la Selva. With good snow conditions you can ski within a few meters of the building over the Waldhaus slope. During the Winterseason there is a free ski shuttle between The Mountain Suites and Flims Begbahnen (Ski Station).
