Description of the holiday rental
The roomy, bright and cozy studio (40m2) is located on the top floor of the Tschuetta, an old Engadin house, Chaposch 45 in 7551 Ftan-Pitschen. It is ideal for two persons, possibly with one to two children. A highchair and a babycrib can be provided. The studio consists of a living, sleeping, dining and kitchen area and a bathroom and is furnished with the usual comfort (TV, DVD, wireless internet, electric cooking plates, bath/shower...). In the basement there is a ski and boot room, a washing machine and tumbler and a sauna for common use. In summer the garden sitting area is very popular. A grocery store, a bakery and the ski tow can be reached in 3, resp. in 10 minutes by foot. A parking space is provided. For our guests from the euro zone we offer a discount on the current exchange rate.
