Description of the holiday rental
The house is situated at 950 metres above sea level with a view of the fascinating mountain world and Lake Sarnen. The access road leads from the mountain road 120 metres across the meadow to the property. (In spring and autumn with snow from Bergstrasse on foot to the rental property. ) (With NAVI, arrival via Schwezbachstrasse / Steinschladstrasse, but (At the roundabout do not take the first, but the second exit, at the next intersection not right, but straight ahead and in the forest after about 500 m turn right, follow the sign Interhome Steinschladstrasse. The NAVI will then guide you back down the mountain road to your destination.
House:
On the ground floor is an open-plan kitchen with entrance hall, as well as the living and dining room with TV. In the annex is the bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. The hot water is provided by an air heat pump, which is why the entire ground floor area is equipped with underfloor heating and ceramic tiles.
In the basement there is plenty of storage space and a freezer, toys and gas barbecue for use.
Outside area:
A sheltered sunbathing area, table and chairs are also included. Also deckchairs and parasols. The existing barbecue area, trampoline and a children's swing can also be used. The spacious lawn invites you to play ball games.
