Description of the holiday rental
Bedrooms:
Bedroom with large double bed (160x200) and dresser, one bedroom with bunk bed (90x200) and dresser. Bed linen provided and included in the price.
Living room:
Separate living room with pull-out guest bed (80/160x200), club table, armchair, flatscreen TV, free Wi-Fi. Large, sunny balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Surselva.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has been freshly renovated and is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Tchibo coffee machine (capsules not provided), toaster, kettle, as well as a raclette oven and fondue set. Dish towels are provided and included in the price.
Bathroom:
One bathroom with shower/WC, washbasin, hairdryer, and a separate WC. Towels provided and included in the price.
Other:
Basement with washing machine – bicycles and skis can be stored, lockable.
The 2.5-room holiday apartment (60m²) is located in a multi-family house with a total of 6 apartments. The holiday apartment is centrally located in the historic town of Ilanz yet very quiet, surrounded by greenery, with a view of the mountains of the Surselva. In just a few minutes you can reach the train station and the bus stop for the ski bus, playground, outdoor swimming pool and shopping facilities. The apartment also includes a basement with a washing machine, with the option to store skis, bicycles or similar. The holiday apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in October 2020. Non-smoking apartment, no party apartment.
